How do I order?
Straight through the website, stock is limited any stock available for purchase will be on the website.
Sign up to our email or keep an eye on our social channels for updates & future restocks if we are sold out!
I'd like to place a custom order, how do I do this?
Custom orders open once a month, these are on a made-to-order basis.
Please note custom orders are closed till 2024 as I am on maternity leave.
When will my order be ready?
Unless specified as a made-to-order or pre-order piece, all orders will be dispatched on the following working day.
Can I request a different length?
This is only available on Bespoke/Made to Order pieces, if you are wanting a unique length on your necklace there is an additional charge and can only be ordered on Bespoke orders.
Will styles be available in silver or other metals?
Iconic EEG is all gold everything! At this stage no sorry, designs will not be available in other metals unless listed as limited edition styles.
