PLEASE NOTE: This is a PRE ORDER item and will be made and shipped early- mid January and will not be made before Christmas.

The Blair Bow necklace is a beaded necklace with a bow made by wire and freshwater seed pearls by me (EEG) here in my Marlborough studio

All findings including clasp, crimps, and extender chain are all 14k Gold FILLED. Necklace length is 40 CM but can be slightly extended by fixing the clasp along the extender chain.

* Please note that as each item is handmade and pearls are all different shapes and sizes, there will be slight variations with each piece but this is what makes them special.

Materials

Gold Filled: Gold-filled has 100x more gold alloy than gold plated. Because that layer is so much thicker, it lasts longer & stands up to wear and tear better than plated gold. But offers all the same physical characteristics as solid Gold such as beauty, durability & strength. Gold-filled does not flake off, tarnish or discolour. Gold-filled jewellery is an economical alternative to solid gold.

Care Instructions

Although our pieces are made from 14k gold filled findings which do not tarnish, we still recommend taking care of your jewels so they can last a life time.


To take care of your special pieces, remove them before getting in the shower and before bed. Do not wear in chlorinated or salt water and keep away from body lotions, strong retinols and perfume. This will all help to minimise any damage and wear.
